Ender 3 Top Shelf

I took the design of "base shelf ender3 ender 3" by DESINA-ARTURO. Since my tools don't fit in the segments, I removed them.

PS: Then I searched, but no one have uploaded a clean top shelf for the Ender 3. This is the reason I uploaded it (and to help others that have similar issue.)
