Arm protector for Armattan Chameleon

This is a protection for Armattan Chameleon.
I made another part available for Armattan Rooster, Chameleon Ti (including the Chameleon Ti LR) and the new Marmotte if you need it.

Here is the specifications of this design:
- Strong part
- Protection of the top and the bottom of the arm
- Fitting without squeezing the TPU with the motor screws
