CR10 filament guide reloaded

This is a remix of Greg191134's thing [2186253](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2186253)

I moved the filament guide closer to the thread to reduce filament bending, relocated and strengthened the holes, strengthened the cable guide and some other minor changes to make it fit better to my CR10.
