I designed this brace to work in conjunction with Leo_N's rear frame brace (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1852358) to prevent shearing loads on the Y-motor mounting bracket. (Your printer must be mounted to a sheet of MDF, plywood or something else to make use of this bracket, it's designed to be part of a system to remove load from the acrylic frame so it's not attached at all to the printer.)
