Wanhao D6 / Monoprice Ultimate Maker Bondtech Card Holder

Remix of Bondtech's Card Holder for the Wanhao D6. This holds the board the ribbon cable plugs into. It's also longer with a support across the middle that gives a more snug fit when using my Cable Holder here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3239229

The snug fit is a big improvement on the original part from Bondtech.
