Exige Side Ducts for 3" Hose

Two piece side duct for lotus exige supplemental intercooler cooling. Picture shows the current iteration in front of my original prototype.

This is a two piece print since my printer only has 5" inches of Z travel. The two pieces have a lip that allows an epoxy bonded joint.

I mounted this to the rear clam using rivet-nuts (mcmaster P/N: 93495A130), fender washers and 8-32 screws. You will need to drill into the clam but it it is hidden behind the ducts and side scoops. The holes i
