You need a D=32.5 - 33mm x 400mm pipe (at least). Then cut it to 330mm length approx. (can't measure it exactly now).
Bar holder holes must be on the ~150mm height from the bottom of the 22l Samla. I've measured it. But before drilling make sure that spools will not be touching the bottom. This position leaves about 40m
