Flat feet for IKEA BERNHARD chair

The IKEA BERNHARD chair features a not flat plastic feet. These hurt wooden floors, but it is hard to attach a felt to the curved bottom of the feet. This is a redesign of the original part, but with flat surface to allow easy attachment of felt padding.
