My settings:
Nozzle: 0,4mm
Layer height: 0,3mm (only the first layer is 0,2mm for better adhesion)
Bottom solid layers: 3
Outline/Perimeter shells: 3

Notes:
In Simplify3D Allow single extrusion wall (in FFF Settings > Advanced) to print faster and smoother
