Neopixel Shield Diffuser

A diffuser for the Neopixel Shield (40 leds on top of Arduino Uno)

Needs to be updated so that it snaps onto the leds like the Neopixel Stick Diffuser, but this is fine for testing.

Note: Remember to use PETG or ABS due to heat generated by the LEDs!
