I removed the CCV system out of my E39 530i with the M54 engine and designed and plugged the distribution ports on the top of the intake manifold with these. I have been running for 10,000 miles with these without any issues. I have pulled a few off and the heat and oil have not been affecting the the cheetah flex at all. They are all still quite pliable and seal the ports.
