I have made 3 calibration parts: it's a piece of one of the torso-parts of inMoov: can be printed in 30 minutes. The 2 parts could be assembled after printing with a narrow fit: without sanding or whatever. disassembling must be possible too. If it doesn't fit at all, then your printer and/or slicer is not calibrated in the right way yet. More tuning is needed...

New calibration: holes for bolts could be a problem too. The latest Cura-version has now the HORIZONTAL HOLE EXPANSION option: that
