H&B Multimeter Battery Lid

Replacement Battery Lid for the Multavi and Elavi Multimeters made by H&B Hartmann & Braun in the 1950s and 60s.
The battery lid needs a handmade metal insert that can be glued or welded into the cross cutout. The longer beam of the cross is 23mm and 4mm wide, while the shorter is 16mm by 4mm.
