This is a jig to help align the holes on the Z axis rods for the tool mount. This is for the Burly "C-23.5mm" version for 3/4" US EMT conduit.
Print two of these. Put them around the conduit. Use the stop at one end to align the jig with the end of the conduit. Clamp the whole thing down to your work table. Drill your holes using the two holes on the top piece as your guide. The holes will be perfectly aligned and spaced from each other and from the end of the conduit.
