Cobra HISS APC (GI Joe)

This design was inspired by the Hasbro toys in the 1980s line-up. An A.P.C. (armored personnel carrier) about the same size as the Joe version but instead based on the iconic Cobra HISS tank. This is a troop transport that can follow the HISS tanks over rough terrain and still be fast enough to keep up with them.
