PCB Vice and mini cableholder

This is a remix of the rubber band PCB vise by jasoncoon, which is a remix of the rubber band PCB vise by MS3FGX, which is a remix of the vise by Delph27.

These parts are compatible with the original, except for the addition of a vertical cut which is a cableholder.
