Tangential Oscillating Knife, X-Acto holder

Remixed the cutting head to hold a standard X-Acto No.11 (or equivalent off-brand). Have not tested, may need some tolerances adjusted. Also exported everything to STL or DXF for ease of use. All credit to Luben111 for the mechanical design, all I changed was the blade holder to fit a standard No. 11 blade. I chose No. 11 because it has a straight back so it was easy to align the cutting point with the center of the shaft. Will maybe edit in a partlist later. See original for some very detailed
