Here is a tight fitting addition that I designed for my Xl5 frame to protect the front end from impacts that otherwise would have damaged the camera lens that protrudes from the front and also protect the carbon fiber bottom plate.
Obviously this will not prevent damage from high speed impacts with hard objects, however it provides surprising impact resistance for rough landings, tree impacts, limbs, etc.
