The bottom carriage of my dishwasher of SN.../SX... type always easily got out of its guiding.
So i designed this alternative wheel which has a few mm more in diameter and should help against it.
For it works nicely without the adapter part than i planned to add via epoxy or some other glue.
If you have trouble getting the wheel off of its holding mechanism: It helped me a lot pressing a metal graphite bearing for lm8uu replacement against it to release it.
EDIT: i also added a replacement
