Those pieces are covers for 40mm noctua fans (Front fan : NF-A4x10 FLX; Top fan : NF-A4x20 FLX) used with the CR-10 Fang (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2683629) on my Alfawise U20.
The top cover is screwless, with pegs getting into the noctuas holes, only the front cover is screwed with the fan.
The good and not predicted effect was that it prevents my front fan to blow a little bit instead of aspiring.
