Universal Spool holder for Spannerhands spool system

This is a remix of Foreverwinter's [Quick Change Universal Spool Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1241566) that has been resized specifically for Spannerhands 1kg universal spool holder. It uses the 608 bearings that Spannerhands default spool holder uses, and the bearing mounts from the Spannerhands spool holder snap into the bearings.
