Pi 3 Case for Extrusions (Anet, Creality)

Remixed for my AM8. I remixed the wonderful [Raspberry Pi 2/3 case from 0110-M-P](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:922740), removed the vesa mounts and added a support bracket for 2020 or 2040 extrusions.

The holes are for M3 screws, but with enough outside layers you could increase that and drill it out. I am also happy to make a version with larger holes upon request.

I also ended up using my own [M3 5mm T-Nut](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3287635) design to mount it to my printer.
