Issue #602 Test "Do I have 602 ???"

This tests for issue #602 inconsistent extrusion on Prusa MK3 and 2.5 upgrade and possibly MK2/S. Print at 0.3mm layer height and settings you would use for normal printing. If your print looks ok on the top half of the sphere (1/4 if it were a total sphere) and you do not hear loud clicking from the bondtech gears and feel vibration when griping the filament, you do not have issue 602. For those that do have 602 please comment if it was MK3, 2.5 or MK2 but I have yet to see reports of 602 on MK
