This is my version of 4 18650 battery powerbank.

I used:
- Dual USB 5V 1A 2.1A Mobile Power Bank 18650 Battery Charger PCB Module Board
4x 18650 - NCR18650PF Panasonic 2.9Ah Li-Ion

The batteries are not soldered, because I would like to have the possibility of exchanging links in the future.

You need 4 M2x18mm screws with construction nuts and some battery connectors. I used a brass plate and soldered the springs to it.
