LED Stripe Edge mount help with wire holes

I constructed this because I was looking for a LED strip holder that I could mount to an edge to light something from that edge outward. The existing solutions in my opinion were quite good, but I was having problems with the LED strips glue loosing grip because of tension in the cables.

These things are constructed to be about 5mm longer than the LED strip at each end and have holes that the cabling can be threaded through to keep the LED strips attached to the holder even if the glue fails
