Poor Man's Linear Rail X Carriage

I wanted to upgrade my X axis to linear rails but I was heavily invested in the 3 wheel x-carriage. My entire hot end has evolved around it and I did not wish to give that up.

Nobody has made anything similar or at least I've not found it. One would think that dropping a $20 MGN12H on the 2020 would be a common upgrade.

The rail I used was 300mm. The block is 46mm x 27mm x 10mm. It uses M3 screws on both the rail and the block. I used M3X12 to secure the carriage to the block. For the rail
