Mini Crossbow Bolt Fletching Mold

Small mold to make fletching for small bolts. Diameter of the bolt this is designed for is 3.8mm or .15 inch wooden rods you can get at most hobby stores.

Use a moderately flexible glue between two pieces of paper around the rod that roughly exceeds the size of the mold. I used post-it notes.

Use a clamp / vice grip to press the mold tightly around the paper and rod. Allow the glue to set then trim excess paper away from the outside of the mold or patterned area imprinted by the mold.
