32pdr Congreve rocket

Although not entirely historically accurate (due to problems finding reasonable sources and adjustments to aid printability) this should be a useable enough file. It's based on the 32pdr rocket which was apparently common during the Napoleonic wars.

There are 3 files in the pack. The rocket on its own, the frame on its own, and the rocket and frame as a single model. Parts are scaled to 1/100.
