This is my rebuild of 32x32 LED Matrix Frame with Diffuser Grid with a few changes that made a big difference for me. The original design uses a diffusion plate split into four parts because of print bed size limits. I wasn’t a big fan of that, since you can still see the seams once everything is assembled. To fix this, I switched to a single piece of frosted acrylic, which looks much cleaner and diffuses the light more evenly. Because the acrylic is a lot thicker and heavier, I redesigned the housing to support it properly. While I was at it, I also tweaked the front cover so it doesn’t need any glue anymore. It’s now a very tight press fit. My ESP-32 and power connector have slightly different dimensions than the ones used in the original model, so those areas were adjusted as well. The full model is available on Onshape if you want to make your own changes or adaptations. I’m also using a different LED panel. This doesn’t really matter for either model, but it does mean the WLED set
