The standard bottle cap for a bottle of Bragg's Apple cider vinegar broke, and I needed a fast replacement. Worked on the first try, may improve design in the future if it fails at some point.

Be sure to use the foam seal or a comparable bit for the inside of the cap, or it will not be liquid tight.
