Mississippi Cookie Cutter v.2

This is a remix of Wpilgrim's cookie cutter. I noticed that the cutting edge of the original cutter was much thicker than most cookie cutters. This made our cookies less defined than they should have been, so I thinned the edge by about 75%. I also scaled this cutter to be a bit bigger.
