This is a cheap solution for flexible filament extruder and for bowden filament guide because this solution doesn't needs too much change on your printer.
Just print this two parts and buy 1 meter 4x2 PTFE teflon pneumatic tube and two 04-M6 pneumatics quick coupler.

After you printed part A, you need to expand a little bit on the M6 thread with a phase 3 of M6 screw tap.
