Game Boy Null Extended Back w/ Speaker and Moved SD Card

This is a simple remix of extended back of the [Game Boy Null case w/ speaker](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3182475) by chowser89 that moves the SD Card slot to a position compatible with soldiering the Raspberry Pi Zero directly to the PCB. You should use it with all of the other files from the original model.
