Kodama: The Tree Spirits and Kodama: Duo combined box insert

Box insert that combines Kodama: The Tree Spirits and Kodama: Duo into a single box for sleeved cards. It supports MayDay standard 63.5mm x 88mm sleeves - MDG7041 (but won't fit premium thickness sleeves).
