Tevo Michelangelo 2040 Spool Holder

Since the other spoolholder solutions took (a) long time to print (b) had big support structs or (c) were very unstable on top of the z-axis I decided to create my own version based on a 2040 end-cap and compact enough to fit on the Tevo bed.
