MKS2 Case Revised, with Mesostructured Bottom, for 4040 Profile 8

For this design I have revised the Enclosure for MKS 1.4 Kingprint and RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller by Narosenberg http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3261232

I have:
- revised to be able to install the MKS2 Plus Controller board
- integrated mounts for the 4040 profile 8,
- altered the wire holes,
- added ventilation slits,
- upgraded the bottom with a mesostructure ;-)
