I created a water cooling sleeve for the Raise3D E3Dv6 adapter (https://smile.amazon.com/Raise3D-E3D-v6-Hotend-Adapter/dp/B077RXJNPR)
Mark the front side before removing the heatsink from your printer, insert into sleeve and epoxy in place. Epoxy in 4mm tubing.
Suggest using the vertical hole for inlet and horizontal for outlet, should concentrate flow towards the hotter end.
