Da Vinci 2.0: E3d V6 and Bowden conversion

I've been looking into upgrading my Da Vinci 2.0a. After several tries with other thingies, all kinds of problems occurred, which forced me to design some parts myself.

The drop-in is being re-purposed. You'll need to drill a few holes to attach the parts to the skeleton, but everything fits snugg.

A dual material cooler is also included.
