This double barrel Pipe has files for left handed and right handed shottie's as well as ambidextrous with no shottie. The twin barrel doubles the surface area of the main stem in an artistic way.
I can imagine this in stainless steel or aluminum. Plastic may burn too hot and cause toxic fumes even with a brass or glass cone attached.
