Dillon Powder Measure Failsafe Shoulder Washer

Replaces Dillon Precision #18086. Automatic powder system failsafe rod bushing (white thing on the failsafe rod that sits atop the spring).

This likely won't last forever if you print it from PLA because the original is Delrin but it's a quick fix until you can get a new one sent out.
