This is a condensed version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2848252. It fits on standard print beds and you only have to glue the Top and the Btm together.
Print the top and the Btm piece and glue together.
Print the 3 Skill Cache icons.
Use the original experience tracker and slide along the top of the card.
If you have more then five cards they can be turned sideways to fit in the Players inventory.
