KitchenAid tool's clutch protective bell

I was very surprised to see that on brand new KitchenAid "Artisan" there is no longer the little bell with its spring that maintain the tool firmly in place.
Older robots had this bell, and it is far away better with rather than without !

I don't understand why they made the choice to remove this cheap piece, because without it, the tool moves up and down, generating noise and so more disapointments...
