WPL Lego Dually Rim (low offset and width)

Posting as a remix of another post, I completely reworked the whole thing from the ground up however. The general design was copied so it's only fair to credit thoes before me.

I didn't like how wide the tires were from the frame, and how separated the tires were from each other.

so I pushed the tires together (no gap between them.) and moved them in so they're only about 10mm from the truck frame.

IMPORTANT NOTE: if your truck uses shocks, this offset will interfere with the shocks. th
