Smooth filament guide for Ender 3

The filament guide from #Jonasen was one of my first prints and it works.
However, my guide was squeaking like crazy with every retraction step.

I also installed an additional upper guide for the filament spool and found this whole setup was creating way to much friction (and noise).

I used a very similar base like #Jonasen to clip the guide on the metal frame (which I find ingenious).
However I designed a rough holder for a printable guide wheel.
