You need to print the two parts, and get a threaded rod of 1/4" or M6 X 30cm, and 4 nuts.
The piece that is mounted on the acrilic base could be stuck with glue, souble sided tape, or fixed by screws.
It also serves to mount the extrusion motor on the z axis and is compatible with the cable cover.
