Code for Kids Hidden language learning secret spy toy

Cipher disks are made by two disks that rotate around one another, you align the letters to spell out whatever you would like. For example "NE JUJ" could be "Hi Mom"

You will need to cut out the letters to align however you would like them on the top disk.
