Mini Miter Box

A mini miter box for cutting quarter round moulding and such. Slide the moulding inside and make a perfect cut. The cutout (hole) is physically designed to be 17mm x 17mm with a 5mm chamfer/offset for the diagonal. Slits are at 45 and 90 degrees and are 1.5mm wide. Be sure to scale model for a snug fit and best cut.

If you have 5/8"quarter round moulding then scale up by 6%. If you have 3/4" quarter round moulding then scale up by 35%. This will get the you the required clearance in the cutou
