HyperCube Diamond Hotend Mount with LJ18A3

This design adapts the standard Diamond Hotend Shield to be mounted on a HyperCube X-Carriage, and for a LJ18A3 (large) Proximity Sensor.
It also provides for two X-Endstop switches.

I MacGyvered the LJ18A3 mount, because I could see no no-supports-needed-way.
The mounting rings are designed that they don't need the nuts, but use one, just to be sure.
