Adapter for PMS7003

Adapter for PMS7003 air quality sensor.
Features:
- round holes are easier to make compared to rectangular ones - just use 12mm drill
- project includes a template - use a smaller drill (~1mm) to create a reference hole
- adapter can be attached permanently to a case - sensor can be easily pulled out if it's needed
