Ender 3 Stock fan cover for Bullseye cooler

UPDATE. ver 2. someone reported to me that the cover could rub on the hub of some fans. I hollowed out the area near the fan on the back side by 0.4 mm to reduce the possibility.

I did not like how the stock fan looked with the Bullseye fan. So I made a cover that is a slip on fit that covers the black fan.
